Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pizza dough (whole wheat is better)
- 2 cups broccoli
- Quarter cup of water
- 5 ounces arugula
- Pinch of salt
- Grounded pepper
- Half cup of pesto
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
How to prepare:
Position oven rack in the most reduced position and preheat to 450°F. Cover a huge baking sheet
with cooking oil. Take off mixture on a gently floured surface to about the extent of the baking
sheet. Exchange to the baking sheet.
Heat until it is puffed and is crisp on the bottom, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Then cook the broccoli and water in an extensive pan over medium high temperature until the broccoli is fresh
delicate, for around 3 minutes. Mix in arugula and cook, mixing, until withered, 1 to 2 minutes more.
Add salt and pepper and spread pesto equally over the crust, then, top with the broccoli mixture
and sprinkle with cheddar. Prepare until fresh and brilliant and the cheddar is liquefied, for about 8 to 10 minutes and serve.
