Grilled Pizza with Tomatoes and Pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pizza dough (either buy directly or make at home)
- Half a cup of prepared pesto
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Half a cup of feta cheese
- Grounded pepper
- Salt for taste
- Quarter cup of fresh basil leaves
How to prepare:
Heat the barbecue or oven medium-high and while it gets heated, place the dough mixture on a floured surface. Isolate into 4 pieces. Move each one piece into an 8-inch round covering, around a quarter inch thick. Lay the crusts and topping and garnishes and then heat in the oven.
Cook until the coverings are softly puffed and undersides are delicately brown in colour. Cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the crust. Instantly spread pesto and top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with feta and pepper. Then again cook until the undersides are well cooked, for about 3 minutes more. Sprinklewith basil and serve promptlywhile still hot.
