  • Ingredients:
  • Whole wheat pizza dough
  • Three quarter cups of water
  • 1 pack of active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup bread flour or all-purpose flour
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fine cornmeal

For the Topping:


  • Half a cup of pizza sauce
  • One third cup of mini pepperoni
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • One cup of mozzarella cheese

How to prepare:

To get the dough ready, blend water, yeast and sugar in an expansive vessel and let it stand until 

the yeast has broken up, for around 5 minutes. Mix in whole wheat flour, bread flour and salt 

until the mixture starts to meet up.

Turn the mixture out onto a smooth surface. Massage until smooth and elastic, for around   10

 minutes. Blend the mixture in a processor or in a stand blender with a beater. Process or blend 

until it structures into a ball. Keep on preparing until the batter is smooth and flexible,  around 1

 minute all the more in a processor or 4 to 5 minutes all the more on low speed in a blender.


Place the mixture in an oiled bowl and turn to layer. Spread with a clean kitchen towel; put aside

 in a warm, without draft place until multiplied in size, for around 1 hour.  Position the  rack in 

lower third of oven which has already been preheated to 450°f.


Brush oil over a huge baking sheet. Sprinkle the baking sheet with corn feast to layer equitably. To 

prepare the topping, sprinkle flour over a smooth surface. Reveal the mixture to  the measureof 

the preparing sheet and exchange to the baking sheet.

Spread the batter with sauce. Scramble with pepperoni and sprinkle with cheddar. Prepare until 

the outside is fresh and the cheddar is softened and beginning to tan, for about 15 to 20  minutes.
