Healthy Veggie Pizza

Serving Size:

It can serve four to six people and total time for preparation is about 40 minutes.

Nutritional Value:

A total of 291 calories, 7 g fat, 10 mg of cholesterol, 36 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of sugar, 18 g of 
protein, 4 g of fibre, 607 mg of sodium and 419 mg of potassium.

Ingredients:

  • Oil such as canola or olive oil
  • 1 pack of tofu
  • 1 pack of spinach
  • Half a cup of chopped tomatoes
  • Half a cup of parmesan cheese
  • Half a cup of mozzarella cheese
  • Quarter cup fresh basil
  • Half teaspoon onion powder
  • Quarter teaspoon of salt
  • Quarter teaspoon of grounded pepper
  • 1 pound of whole wheat or normal pizza dough

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 475°F.  Coat a large pizza sheet with cooking oil, either canola or olive   oil. 

Layer with tofu and let it dry. Put in a substantial dish and with your hands blend with spinach, 

tomatoes, parmesan cheddar, mozzarella cheddar, basil, onion powder,  salt  and  pepper.

Presently spread the pizza batter on a smooth surface to  the  length  of  the  arranged  heating 

sheet and twice as wide. Exchange the mixture to the heating  sheet.  Spread  the  readied inside
